Simply take one apple-ginger flavoured chewable tablet 20 minutes before each meal, or between meals three times daily.

Recommended Use: Used in herbal medicine to help relieve minor inflammations of the gastrointestinal tract, abdominal pain, and burning sensation in the stomach (demulcent). Amla is traditionally used in Ayurveda as a digestive tonic to increase appetite and to aid in digestion.
Recommended Dose: Recommended adult dose: Chew 1 tablet 3 times daily, between meals or 20 minutes before meals, or use as directed by a health care practitioner. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications.
Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if you have or develop abdominal pain, nausea, fever, or vomiting, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Stop use if laxative effect occurs. Keep out of the reach of children.
Contra-Indications: Contains no artificial colours, preservatives, or sweeteners; no dairy, starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, salt, tree nuts, or genetically modified genes or proteins. Suitable for vegetarians/vegans.
