MegaFood® Men’s One Daily is specifically formulated without iron to support the health and wellbeing of men under the age of 40. Our multi nourishes the body in a convenient, once-daily tablet and includes important micronutrients as well as whole foods and herbs providing phytonutrients for optimal well-being.

Recommended Use: A multi-vitamin and mineral supplement for the maintenance of good health.
Recommended Dose: Adults, take 1 tablet per day with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or other natural health products.

Known Adverse Reactions: Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble (e.g. yellowing of the skin or white of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain and/or loss of appetite).
Contra-Indications: Do not use if you have high blood pressure, have liver or gallbladder disorders and/or a bowel obstruction.
