Recommended Use: For the maintenance of good health.
Recommended Dose: Adult women 40 years and older, take 1 tablet daily with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or other natural health products.
Cautions & Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. Consult a health care professional prior to use if you are taking blood thinners, hormone-containing medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy, cardiac glycosides such as digitalis/digoxin, or other heart medication, have an autoimmune disorder, any acute infection, a history of kidney stones, gallstones, a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid, heart condition, diabetes or seizures. Consult a health care provider if symptoms persist or worsen.
Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs.
Contra-Indications: Do not use this product if you have high blood pressure. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
