Recommended Use: A multi-vitamin and mineral supplement for the maintenance of good health.
Recommended Dose: Adults, take 1 tablet daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or other natural health products.
Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you: are taking blood thinners, have a history of kidney stones or any type of acute infection, have an auto-immune disorder, are taking hormone containing medications, e.g. progesterone, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy.
